What is a seamless gutter and why is it better?

A seamless gutter is rolled in one continuous piece from a coil of steel to the exact length of your roof — with no joins except at the corners. Traditional sectional gutters are joined every 3–4 metres, and every join is a potential leak point. Seamless gutters eliminate this problem entirely.

How long does an installation take?

Most residential homes are completed in a single day. We roll the gutters on-site in the morning and have them fully installed and tested by afternoon. Larger commercial or multi-unit projects are planned and scheduled upfront.

Do I need to be home during the installation?

It helps to be available when we start, to walk us around the property and discuss positioning, colours and downpipe locations. You don't need to be present for the full installation, but we'll need access to the perimeter of the house.

What colours do you offer?

We offer 15 Hulamin aluminium colours: Silver White, Armour Grey, Dark Grey, Charcoal Grey, Black, African Cream, Wheat, Kalahari Tan, Gemsbok Sand, Tuscan Clay, Cape Red, Safari Brown, Bronze, Colonial Green and Azure Blue. Do you remove and dispose of my old gutters?

Yes — old gutter removal and disposal is included as standard in our replacement quotes. We leave your property clean and tidy at the end of the job.

What guarantee do you offer?

We offer a 10-year workmanship guarantee on all installations. The Chromadek steel itself carries the manufacturer's coating warranty. If anything fails due to workmanship within 10 years, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Do you work with roofing contractors and builders?

Absolutely — sub-contracting to the trade is a core part of our business. We offer trade pricing for regular partners and can invoice directly to your company. Contact Louis directly to discuss rates and availability.

Do you offer rainwater harvesting and water storage solutions?

Yes — this is one of our fastest-growing services. We design and install complete rainwater catchment systems that connect directly to your gutters. This includes JoJo tanks and other storage options, first-flush diverters, multi-stage filtration, and pressure pumps to supply your home, garden or toilets. It's an excellent investment given South Africa's increasingly unreliable municipal water supply.

Do you work outside Gauteng?

Yes. We regularly travel to Brits, Limpopo and Mpumalanga for larger projects, and cover Klerksdorp and surrounding North West areas. For commercial and development projects we'll travel anywhere in South Africa — contact us to discuss logistics and pricing.
